We are often faced with situations in life that take away from our being able to be truly happy. Sometimes the difficulty is outside of us; relationship troubles, job stress, financial worries, concerns about children or other family members, and sometimes our primary pain is in our minds; the way we think about these things or about ourselves.
I find that understanding how thoughts and emotions work can be one of the first steps towards happiness, contentment and peace.
I provide individual and couples therapy to adults who are dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-judgment, relationship problems, and past trauma to name a few that may be interfering with being able to enjoy a full and happy life.
